摘要
该研究首先通过对打叶工序各级打叶出叶率、叶中含梗率现状进行了分析,然后对工艺流量、打滚转速、风分风机频率、高速皮带速度4个主要工艺参数进行了优化调整,结果表明:调整后1级打叶出叶率为63.38%,2级打叶出叶率为20.15%,各级打叶出叶率分配相对较为合理;叶中含梗率由调整前1.35%下降至0.86%,满足叶中含梗率小于1.0%的控制要求。
The threshing process at all levels leaf leaf ratio, leaf stem ratio analysis of the current situation, the process flow, roll speed, wind fan frequency, high speed belt speed of four main process parameters were optimized, the results show that the adjusted level 1 leaf rate was 63.38%, level 2 leaf was 20.15%, all level leaf rate distribution is relatively reasonable; 35% stem ratio by adjusting dropped to 0.86% with leaves, to meet the requirements of less than 1% leaf stem ratio.
