摘要
为了控制治疗高血压药吲达帕胺产品质量,制备了吲达帕胺氧化杂质,4-氯-N-(2-甲基-1H-吲哚-1-基)-3-氨磺酰基苯甲酰胺,并经~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,ESI-MS等确证结构。
To perform the quality control of Antihypertensive drug indapamide,The impurity of indapamide was prepared,and this structures was confirmed by：~1H-NMR,^（13）C-NMR and ESI-MS. This substances was 4-chloro-N-（ 2-methylindol-1-yl）-3-sulfamoylbenzamide.
