摘要
文章结合某二级公路可行性研究报告,阐述了二级公路服务水平分析流程、各模型参数选择过程及服务水平评价指标延误率计算方法,对解决目前可行性研究报告等涉及通行能力和服务水平分析的乱象有一定指导意义。
Combined with the feasibility study report of a secondary highway,this article described the service level analysis process of secondary highway, the selection process of all model parameters, and the delay rate calculation method of service level evaluation index, which has a certain guiding significance for solving the current problems of feasibility study report involving the traffic capacity and service level analysis.
