摘要
大学英语教师是大学英语课堂生态优化的关键。问卷结果显示,信息化教学环境下的大学英语教师对自己的生态位没有正确的认识,角色的转变存在失衡且与课堂其他生态因子诸如教学方法、学生、信息技术等存在生态错位现象。论文提出教师可以从改变自身观念、构建学习共同体、适时转换多重角色的担当、建立和谐师生关系等方面加强自身生态位建设。
College English teachers play aparamount role in the ecological optimization of the English class.Data analysis of the questionnaire shows that the teachers don't locate their ecological niche properly due to its chaotic relationship with other ecological factors of the class such as teaching methods,students and information technology,and there is an imbalance in the changes of teachers' roles.This paper proposes that teachers can construct the niche itself by changing their values,constructing learning community,shifting multiple roles properly and building a harmonious relationship with the students and so on.
