摘要
本文介绍了秦三厂汽轮机监测系统(TSI系统)的不足,阐述了增加汽轮发电机组在线状态监测与故障诊断分析装置(TDM装置)的系统优化方案,及秦三厂增设TDM装置的实施,最后通过实施效果说明汽轮发电机组采用"TSI系统"+"TDM装置"的"监护"方式,不但能够全面掌握汽轮发电机组的运转状态,而且可以为设备的故障诊断及预防性维修提供有效依据。
This paper analyzed the shortages existed in Turbine Supervisory instrumentation System (TSI system) of Qinshan Phase III NPP, and introduced the optimization scheme of applying an on-line Turbine Diagnosis Management Device (TDM Device) in TSI system, also introduced the execution of the scheme, and the final performance of the device demonstrated that the applying of "TDM" Device in addition to "TSI" System, not only provided the complete monitoring of Turbine operating conditions, but also provided the effective evidences for trouble-shooting and preventative maintenance of equipment.
