摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理中安全管理的应用及效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2016年1-12月接诊的50例手术患者作为研究对象,入选对象有完整临床资料,自愿接受本研究,按照随机数表法分组,每组25例。对照组手术室护理中采取常规护理,研究组手术室护理中则加用安全管理,对两组患者护理满意率,以及护理差错发生率与护患纠纷发生率进行观察记录,并对比分析。结果:研究组患者对护理满意率高达96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理差错发生率与护患纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将安全管理应用在手术室护理中能提高护理满意率,减少护理差错与护患纠纷,值得借鉴。
Objective：To explore the application and effect of safety management in operating room care.Method：Fifty patients with surgical treatment were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016.The patients were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table.In the control group,routine nursing was performed in the nursing room.The safety management was used in the nursing room of the study group.The satisfaction rate of nursing care,the incidence of nursing errors and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes were recorded and compared.Result：The satisfaction rate of the nursing group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of nursing errors and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Safety management shall be used in the operating room care to improve the nursing satisfaction rate,reduce nursing errors and nursepatient disputes,it is worth learning.
