摘要
加入 WTO后 ,中国高等教育 ,中国人才政策面临着严峻挑战。为此 ,伴随加入 WTO的进程 ,我国高等教育的教育观、教学观、人才观必须创新。必须大力发展“远程教育”,迅速发展并科学管理我国“远程教育”,尤其是网络教育。
After the entry into the WTO,China's higher education and talented personnel policy will face a serious challenge.Therefore,we must innovate our viewpoints on education,pedagogy,and talented personnel,along with our efforts to enter the WTO.We should develop distance education,especially the net education on a large scale and in a quickened pace and with scientific management.
