By intrducing the architectures, progrem design, implementation of communication data acquisition of project of water hammer protection system for Western Crude Oil and Product Oil Pipeline,this article analyses the difficult problem solving method in the project of water hammer protection system,summarzing the project design experience of control system programming in project implementation.
