摘,,要:对音速喷嘴气体标准装置的研究、设计制造并对装置的校准及应用,发现现有国内大多数音速喷嘴气体标准装置对小流量检测精度低,或标定前的稳定时间太长。经过进一步探究,对装置进行了重新设计和改造,解决了装置检测小流量不准确问题和大大缩短了标定前的稳定时间。
For sonic nozzle gas standard device research, design, manufacture, calibration and application of devices. We found that most of sonic nozzle gas standard device have a low accuracy for measuring small flow rate in domestic market, or long time stability before calibration. After further investigation, the device has been redesigned and reconstructed,which can solve the problem of low accuracy in small flow rate and shorten the stabilization time before calibration.
