摘要
采用不同浓度的硝酸回流活性炭制备了3种碳量子点,其光致发光谱具有明显的双重发射结构,蓝光发射部分随激发波长的改变不移动,而长波发射部分随激发波长的改变明显移动.根据活性炭的微观结构分析了碳量子点的形成机制;通过详细的形貌和谱学表征,分析了碳量子点蓝光发射部分和长波发射部分的荧光起源.
Three kinds of carbon quantum dots(CQDs) are prepared by refluxing activated carbon in HNO3 with different concentration.The photoluminescence(PL) spectra of the CQDs shows obvious dual emission structure,that is,the blue emission does not move with the change of the excitation wavelength,but the long wavelength emission moves obviously.According to the micro structure of active carbon,the formation mechanism of CQDs is presented.Then,through detailed morphology and spectroscopy characterization,the origins of the blue emission and the long wavelength emission are analyzed.
