摘要
目的探讨酒石酸美托洛尔治疗心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭患者的效果。方法本组100例心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭患者均为本院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组积极控制和改善可能引发心力衰竭的各种诱因,给予低盐、低脂饮食,同时根据患者心脏瓣膜类型与病变程度给予快速强心药、利尿剂、血管扩张剂等治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予酒石酸美托洛尔,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率94.O%,对照组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗前BNP、HR水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05);治疗后,两组BNP、HR水平均明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);治疗后,观察组BNP、HR水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF、LEVDD、LVESD等心功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈O.05);观察组症状、体力、情绪、社会经济评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论酒石酸美托洛尔治疗心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭可较好地改善患者心脏功能,提升患者生活质量,从而提升治疗有效率。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of heart valve disease complicating heart failure. Methods 100 patients with heart valve disease complicating heart failure were treated at our hospital from June, 2014 to June, 2016. They were divided into an observation group and a control group using random number table, 50 cases for each group. The control group' heart failure causes were actively controlled and improved and the control group took low salt and low fat diet and were given fast cardiotonics, diuretics, and vasodilator therapy in terms of heart valve type and disease severity; in addition, the observation group were given metoprolol tartrate. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total efficacy was 94.0 % in the observation group and 80.0 % in the control group, with a statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) . There were no statistical differences in the levels of BNP and HR between these two groups before the treatment ( both P 〉 0.05 ) . After the treatment, the levels of BNP and HR were better in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences ( both P 〈 0.05 ) . After the treatment, the LVEF, LEVDD, and LVESD were better and the symptom, physical, emotional, and socioeconomic scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences ( all P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusions Metoprolol tartrate for heart valve disease complicating heart failure can improve the patients' cardiac function and quality of life and increase treatment efficacy.
