摘要
随着煤矿企业对生产安全和效率的不断重视,PLC技术逐步应用于煤矿机电控制系统,发挥了其显著地作用。通过对PLC工作原理及在煤矿机电系统中的应用分析,得出该技术能够快速收集信息,通过逻辑计算,及时反映执行命令。文章介绍了PLC技术在绞车、提升机、皮带运输机、井下风门等子系统中的显著作用,总结了PLC技术在煤矿机电系统中优势及缺陷。PLC技术的应用提高了生产效率,降低了能耗,大大的降低了事故发生的概率。
With the improving attention of the safety and efficiency in the production of the coal mining enterprises,PLC technology is gradual-ly applied in coal mine mechanical and electrical control system,and is playing a important role.By analyzing the working principle and theapplication of PLC in coal mine mechanical and electrical system,it is concluded that the technique can quickly gather information,use theBoolean calculation,and reflect execute the command timely.It is introduced the significant role of the PLC technology in the winch, theelevator, the belt conveyor and the downhole throttle,and it is concluded the advantage and defect of the PLC technology in coal minemechanical and electrical system.The application of PLC technology Improve the production efficiency, reduces the energy consumption andgreatly reduce the probability of the accident.
