基于效率优化的HMDA-636x117磁选机溢流调节装置应用研究

摘要 随着选煤技术的发展,HMDA-636 x 117磁选机得到了广泛的应用,但该磁选机暴露出溢流调节不及时和精度低的问题。通过分析某矿选煤厂HMDA-636 x 117磁选机结构及工作原理,在尾矿槽底部管路增设对夹式手柄蝶阀调节尾矿流量,合理调节溢流高度。将改进后的溢流装置应用于生产实践,结果表明:改进后的调节装置操作简单,调节精度较高,且能够达到溢流动态调节的目的;磁选尾矿带介量和吨煤介质消耗量均降低,减少了矿山投入成本,极大地提高了矿山经济效益。 With the development of coal preparation technology, HMDA-636 x 117 magnetic separator has been widely used, but the magnet-ic separator has the shortcomings of overflow regulation and low precision. By analyzing the structure and working principle of the HMDA-636 x 117 magnetic separator in a certain coal preparation plant, the tail - plug valve is added to the bottom pipe of the tailings tank to adjustthe tailings flow and adjust the overflow height reasonably. The improved overflow device is applied to the production practice. The resultsshow that the improved adjustment device is simple in operation, has high regulation precision and can achieve the purpose of the dynamicregulation of the overflow.
