摘要
了解国内外的尿路造口围手术期健康宣教的进展,明确护士的责任是了解患者所面临的环境变化,帮助其提高适应能力。通过制作健康教育处方及卡片、运用多媒体、实物演示、角色扮演、实验操作进行健康教育,可将健康信念模式应用于健康教育,通过知信行了解患者健康教育的效果,进行效果评价。
By studying the progress of the perioperative health education of urinary colostomy at China and abroad, clearing the responsibility of nurses is to understand the environmental changes faced by patients and to help them improve their adaptive abilities. We can do health education through the production of health education prescription and the card, the use of multimedia, physical demonstration, role playing, experimental operation, and use the health belief model for health education, understand the effect of health education of patients through KAP for effect evaluation.
