摘要 除了医疗机构有形的经济损失之外,"额外资源消耗"还包含人力、物力、时间、名誉和情感伤害等无形的资源消耗。医疗风险包括整个医疗服务过程中,由于各种不确定性因素,导致患者死亡、伤残以及躯体组织、生理功能和心理健康受损,并给医院、行业、社会等组织带来利益损失和各种负面影响的可能性。全球医疗界"风险无处不在"已成为共识。众所周知,医院的每个工作部及各个工作环节都存在着潜在的风险。通过学习澳大利亚-新西兰风险管理标准(AS/NZS 4360)并深入思考,对医疗风险有了进一步认识,结合医院管理的实际情况,医院广泛开展科学的风险管理,展开头脑风暴,开展对应策略。 Additional resource consumption" includes intangible resources such as manpower, material resources, time, reputation and emotional injury, which consume in addition to the tangible economic losses of medical institutions. Through to the AS/NZS 4360 management standard of learning and thinking, have a further understanding of medical risk, combining the reality of hospital management, hospital implementation of risk management brainstorming, to carry out the corresponding strategies.
