摘要
采用沸水提取花生衣天然染料,然后将提取所得的花生衣天然染料用单因素和正交试验对羊毛织物进行染色试验,通过测试染色后织物的K/S值以及L、a、b值得出最佳染色工艺条件为:染色温度95℃,染色时间110 min,染色p H=6.0。在最佳工艺条件下的平衡上染百分率为27.12%,耐干、湿摩擦色牢度分别为3级和2~3级;以硫酸亚铁、明矾、硫酸铜和硫酸锌为媒染剂,在最佳染色工艺下采用同媒法进行染色,染后织物的色光偏差较大,耐干、湿摩擦色牢度均有所提高,分别能达到4级和3级,其中以硫酸锌作为媒染剂的效果最优。
The natural dye peanut skin pigment was extracted by boiling water. The dyeing performance on wool fabric was tested through single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum dyeing process was determined through testing the K/S value and L. a. b value which was as follows: dyeing temperature 95℃, dyeing time 110 min and dyeing pH=6. The dye up- take reached 27.12%. The dry rubbing fastness of sample reached 3 level and wet rubbing fasmess reached 2~3 level under the optimum dyeing process. The dyeing processes of wool fabric with ferrous sulfate, aluminum potassium sulfate, copper sulfate or zinc sulfate as mordant, using meta-mordant were carried out. After adding mordant, the color deviation of fabric was very large and the dry and wet rubbing fastness increased to 4 and 3 level respectively. Zinc sulfate had the best effect.
