摘要
近年来,商业银行个人理财业务规模增长迅速,对其开拓市场、提高竞争力具有重要作用,已经成为其新的利润增长业务,但该业务开展中存在各种风险隐患,如法律与政策风险、市场风险、操作风险等。如何防范个人理财业务产生的风险已经成为商业银行所必须面对的挑战。以商业银行C市分行为例,对其个人理财业务面临的风险和风险防范措施中产生的问题及原因进行了分析,并有针对性地提出进一步强化风险防范建议,即推动金融市场改革,完善相关法律法规体系;强化风险防范观念,完善风险预警机制;提高银行理财人员专业素质;规范和完善内部监管和信息披露;加大理财业务创新力度。以期提高商业银行C分行的风险防范水平和核心竞争力。
In recent years, the personal financing business of China Construction Bank has grown rapidly, which plays an important role in developing markets and increasing competitiveness of the bank. It has become a new profit growth business, but there are various risks, such as legal and policy risk, market risk, operational risk and so on. How to prevent the risks for the business has become a challenge that China Con- struction Bank must face. Taking China Construction Bank in City C as an example, the problems and causes of the risks and risk prevention measures faced by the personal finance business are analyzed. Suggestions for further strengthening the risk prevention are put forward, includ- ing promoting the reform of the financial market, improving relative law and regulation systems, strengthening the risk management concept and the risk early warning mechanism, raise the professional quality of financial management personnel in the bank, standardize and improve the procedure of internal supervision and information disclosure, and put more effort on the innovation of financial management business. In so do- ing, the level of risk prevention and core competitiveness of branch C of China Construction Bank could be promoted.
