摘要
随着我国建设创新型国家战略的推进,高层次人才培养的需求推动博士后制度的不断完善,对博士后的队伍建设、制度保障等管理手段提出了更高的要求。本文基于目前博士后考核机制的现状和问题,提出改进的方案,以建立合理高效考核机制为途径的管理模式。
With the development of China's strategy to build an innovation-oriented country,the demand of high-level talent training postdoctoral system constantly improve,team construction,and management guarantee system for postdoctoral means higher requirements are put forward. In this paper,based on the present situation and problems of the current postdoctoral assessment mechanism,puts forward improvement scheme,to establish a reasonable effective evaluation mechanism as the way of management.
