摘要
为了准确、高效实现半自磨机的控制,以某大型铜钼选矿厂半自磨机的海量的生产数据为依据,在参考国内外文献,并结合现场专家经验的基础上建立了半自磨机重要工作参数的数学模型,并通过强跟踪滤波器,结合经验模型预测了半自磨机内矿石滞留量、水滞留量和钢球量等3个对半自磨机控制有至关重要影响、但目前无法用仪器仪表在线检测的变量。预测结果与现场经验值的对比表明,预测结果可信度高,对半自磨机的控制具有较大的参考价值。
In order to accurately and efficiently control the semi-autogenous mill,based on amounts of production data from a large copper molybdenum ore dressing plant,the mathematical model of main parameters for semi-autogenous mill was built with a reference to the domestic and foreign literatures,and combining with the experience of experts. Through the strong tracking filter,and combined with the empirical model,such three parameters as the holdup of ore rocks,water and steel ball quantity within the mill were predicted,and these variables are crucial for the control of the mill,but can not be detected online by the instrument.The contrast of the predicted results with the field experience shows that the prediction results are of high reliability and have great reference value for the control of the semi-autogenous mill.
