摘要 系统总结了浮选过程中气泡的检测手段、影响因素、运动特征及行为特征的研究现状。指出影响气泡尺寸的因素主要有发泡方式、操作条件、矿浆性质以及起泡剂种类和用量。气泡特征检测主要是通过高速摄像仪等仪器对气泡进行拍摄,然后使用图像处理软件统计计算。由于纳米气泡具有比表面积大,生存周期长等优点,因而关于纳米气泡的研究日益增多。浮选矿浆中气泡与颗粒间的相互作用是一个相当复杂的过程,对此已开展了大量丰富而卓著的研究工作,并建立了一系列碰撞、吸附和脱附过程的微观模型,但这些研究尚未达到指导生产实践的水平。 The research status of bubble detection methods,influencing factors,movement characteristics and behavior characteristics in flotation process are summarized.The main factors that affect the size of bubble include foaming method,operation condition,pulp properties and types and dosages of frother are pointed out.Detection method for bubble characteristics includes the bubble shooting through high-speed camera and other instruments.Then,statistics and calculations are made by the image processing software.Because of the advantages of large specific surface area and long lifetime of nano-bubbles,the research on nano-bubbles in flotation is increasing day by day.The interaction between bubbles and particles in flotation pulp is complex,and plenty of researches are carried out. Then,a series of microscopic models of collision,adsorption and desorption process have been established.But these studies have not yet applied in guiding productive practice.
