摘要
谣谚是来自民间的一种潜流文化,在和新媒介的融合中阐发了新的生机,它一方面继承了谣谚谏议的传统,可作为受众舆论自由裁量的适度表征。另一方面谣谚也在网络媒介环境下从最初严肃地反映现实、针砭时弊走向"调侃"和"玩世不恭"。由于网络谣谚不是对社会问题、社会矛盾的深刻思考,因此在勘探网络谣谚中包含的鲜活民意的同时,也要对其片面性和非理性等弊端加以规避。
Rumor is a public opinion spreading among the folk. It has complex communication features under the new media background. Rumor not only inherits the traditional culture which could be the measure of the freedom of public,but also reflects reality. Rumor is not the deep thinking of social problems and contradiction. Therefore,the present study proposed the study on International rumor should reflect public opinion and ignore its disadvantages.
