摘要
建立了一种利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)快速分析苯氧化制苯酚产物组成的方法。该方法采用XBridge C 18反相色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm×5μm),以0.1%(质量分数)的甲酸水溶液与乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱方式,紫外吸收检测波长为210,245,275,290 nm,分析周期为10 min。标样的测试结果表明:各目标化合物在质量浓度为5~350 mg/L时呈现良好的线性响应,回归系数均大于0.999,最低检出限为0.006~0.120 mg/L;方法回收率在88.40%~103.40%,6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于3.00%。
The fast analysis method for composi- tion of benzene oxidation to phenol products by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) was founded. An XBridge C 18 reverse phase column (4.6 mm x 150 mm x 5 μm) was adopted, the gradient elution mode was applied with the elution phase of 0. 1% (mass concentration) formic acid solution and acetonitrile, ultraviolet absorption detection wavelength was 210,245,257 and 290 rim, and the analysis period was 10 min. The analysis results showed that the response of target compounds showed a good linear relationship with the corre-sponding concentration and the linear regression co- efficients were greater than 0. 999 at the mass con- centration of 5 -350 mg/L, and the limit of detec- tion (LOD) was 0. 006 - 0. 120 mg/L. The method recoveries was 88.40% - 103.40% , and the rela- tive standard deviations of the 6 - time repeated de- termination was all less than 3.00%.
