摘要
目的对规避ICU护理风险中优质护理服务的作用进行深入的分析和研究。方法收集该院的130例ICU患者，随机分为A组和B组，分别进行常规护理干预和优质护理服务，然后对比两组患者规避风险的情况。结果B组患者护理过程中的风险事件发生率明显低于A组患者，B组患者对护理的总满意率明显高于A组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论将优质护理服务应用到ICU的护理中具有十分良好的效果，可以在很大程度上防止相关风险事件的发生，保证患者的生命安全，可以进行临床推广应用。
Objective to analyze and study the role of high quality nursing service in avoiding ICU nursing risk. Methods 130 cases of ICU patients in our hospital were randomly divided into A group and B group. Routine nursing intervention and high quality nursing service were performed,and then the risk aversion of the two groups was compared. Results the incidence of risk events in the course of nursing in group B was lower than that in group A,and the total satisfaction rate of B group was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the application of high quality nursing care to ICU has a very good effect, can prevent the occurrence of risk events in a large extent, ensure the life safety of patients, for clinical application.
