摘要
目的分析负压封闭引流技术在复杂创面修复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析于2014年10月至2016年10月该院收治的复杂创面烧伤患者60例其临床资料，依照两种不同的治疗方法进行随机分组，研究组患者30例，于植皮前后使用负压封闭引流技术促进创面愈合；对比组30例，使用常规的换药方法，比较两组治疗结局情况。结果研究组并发症发生率3．3％、细菌培养阳性率13．3％要比对比组的20．0％、43．3％低（P〈0．05），且初次植皮存活率96．7％要比对比组的70．0％高（P〈0．05）；较之于对比组，研究组患者的疼痛评分更低、住院时间更短，组间各项数据的差异比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论负压封闭引流技术在复杂创面的修复中可促进创面快速愈合、减轻患者痛苦、提高植皮存活率、缩短住院时间，具有显著的应用效果。
Objective to analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in complex wound repair. Methods a retrospective analy- sis was conducted and we selected the clinical data of 60 cases of patients with complex burn wounds who have been treated in our hospial from October 2014 to October 2016. They were randomly divided into two groups according to two different methods of treatment,there were 30 patients in study group, use the vacuum sealing drainage to promot wound healing in the skin before and after the skin plant;there were 30 cases in the contrast group, using conventional treatment method, then the outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results in the research group, the incidence of complications was 3.3 %, the positive rate of bacterial cul- ture is 13.3 %, and they were lower than the comparison group 20 % ,43.3 % （P〈0.05）, and the first skin graft survival rate of re- search group was 96.7% ,it was higher than 70% of the comparison group（P〈0.05） ;compared with the contrast group,the pain score of research group is lower, have shorter inpatinet time, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion neg- ative pressure sealing drainage can accelerate wound healing, relieve pain, improve skin graft survival rate and shorten hospital stay, and has significant effect.
