摘要
基于目前许多船舶企业虚拟生产建造现状,文章对某船实例进行舾装设备模型数值化建模研究应用,采用CADDS5虚拟仿真软件,通过对其参数化建模二次开发,构建专业的舾装设备模块,同时结合实船,考虑舾装件的独特特性,设计船舶舾装设备三维模型,并将其参数化,利用SYBASE数据库存放数值模型,实现舾装设计参数与设计研发CADDS5舾装功能模块匹配链接。为船舶设计人员舾装件的设计、选型研发提供依据,同时提高效率。
Based on the virtual production of many shipbuilding enterprises, the paper focuses on theresearch and application of an actual ship outfitting model. Based on the parametric modeling secondarydevelopment, the paper constructs a professional outfitting module by using CADDS5 software, which iscombined with the unique property of the testing result considering fittings. It designs the ship outfittingthree-dimensional model with its parameters by using the SYBASE database, realizing the outfitting designparameters and design research and development of CADDS5 outfitting function module matching links.The paper could provide the basis for selection of research and development for outfitting which improvesefficiency.
