摘要
近年来,我国的房地产市场经历了如火如荼的发展。房地产开发项目建设作为房地产开发过程中的核心环节,是涉及多方面因素的庞大系统工程,由此也就意味着整个项目在管理过程中必然会面临许多不确定的因素,因此,现有的房地产项目在开发过程中需要进行合理的成本控制以及管理措施的介入和优化,从而更好地提升现有项目实施有效性,让其能够在一个合理的范畴内得到项目施工质量、利润之间的平衡性。
In recent years, China's real estate market has experienced a vigorous development. The real estate development project is the core part of the real estate development process, and it is a huge system project involving many factors, which means that the whole project in the management process will inevitably face many uncertain factors. So, in the development process the existing real estate projects require reasonable cost control and the intervention and optimization of management measures, so as to better enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of existing projects, so it can get the balance between the quality and profits of construction projects in a reasonable range.
