摘要
论文以一应云社区为例对社区O2O物业管理企业商业模式进行了深入的探究,然后再对社区O2O模式下物业管理企业所面临的机遇和挑战进行了详细的分析,以期能够引领物业管理新模式,同时为同行业人员提供一定的资料作为参考。
Taking the Yiyingyun communityas an example, this paper made an in-depth exploration on the business model of community property management enterprise O2O, then analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by the property management enterprise under the O2O mode in detail, in orderto lead the new mode of property management and provide certain information as a reference forthe personnel in the the same industryatthe sametime.
