摘要
为了研究鹰嘴豆的化学成分,本文采用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、十八烷基键合硅胶(octadecyl bonded silica gel,ODS)柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)等方法对脱脂鹰嘴豆乙醇提取物中的化合物进行分离,采用核磁共振氢谱(1 H-NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)和二维核磁共振谱(2D-NMR)对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。鉴定结果表明,从脱脂鹰嘴豆乙醇提取物中分离得到一个对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜类化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构为对映-6β,7β,13β,17-四羟基-贝壳杉-19-羧酸17-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。此化合物为新化合物,命名为鹰嘴豆二萜苷A。该研究为鹰嘴豆资源的开发利用奠定了基础,具有一定的应用价值。
To investigate the chemical constituents fromCicer arietinum(Chickpea).A newent-kaurane diterpenoid was isolated and purified from the ethanol extract of chickpea by chromatography column on macroporous resin,octadecyl-binded silica gel(ODS),and preparative high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The structure was elucidated as ent-6β,7β,13β,17-tetrahydroxy-kauran-19-oic acid 17-O-β-D-glucopyranoside on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic methods,and named chickpeaditerpenoid glycoside A.
