一阶模态缺陷条件下蛋形耐压壳屈曲特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究蛋形耐压壳在不同数值模型下的屈曲特性,首先,建立理想蛋形耐压壳数值模型,研究单元尺寸对其强度与屈曲的影响;在此基础上,引入非线性与一阶模态缺陷,分别研究蛋形耐压壳在这两种情况下的屈曲特性影响规律.结果表明:单元尺寸对蛋形耐压壳的强度影响小,屈曲影响大;非线性与模态缺陷对耐压壳的稳定性影响大,二者对临界屈曲载荷下降的贡献度分别达到56.27%、13.47%,故进行蛋形耐压壳数值分析时应将其列入考虑范围,保证耐压壳安全稳定性. Buckling behavior of the egg-shaped pressure hull in different numerical models was studied in this paper. Firstly,the perfect numerical model of the egg-shaped pressure hull was proposed,and the effect of element size on strength and buckling was investigated. On this basis,nonlinear and the first mode imperfection were introduced,and buckling behavior of egg-shaped pressure hull under the two conditions was further studied respectively. The results show that element size has little influence on strength,but a large influence on buckling. In addition,both of the nonlinear Riks method and mode imperfection have a significant effect on stability of the egg-shaped pressure hull,and their contribution degree leading to decrease of critical elastic buckling load is 56. 27% and 13. 47%,respectively. Therefore,it is essential to take nonlinear Riks method and mode imperfection into account when the numerical analysis is carried out,so as to ensure the stability of pressure hull.
