摘要
[目的/意义]厘清社科联在新型智库体系建设中地位和作用。[方法/过程]本文采用3个理论视角观察社科联在新型智库体系中的地位作用和可能扮演的角色,从3个现实维度观察社科联在新型智库体系中功能作用,并从实践层面总结梳理了各地有关社科联在新型智库建设中发挥作用的政策设计与探索。[结果/结论 ]社科联要根据自身在新型智库体系建设过程中的桥梁地位和纽带功能,进一步找准位置,着力建设牵引型、枢纽型和平台型智库,更好地发挥7个方面的作用。
[Purpose/signifcance] This paper aims to clarify the status and role of the Federation of Social Sciences in the construction of the system of new types of think tanks. [Method/process] This paper observed the role and possible role of the Federation of Social Sciences in the system of new types of think tanks from three theoretical perspectives. It analyzed the function of the Federation of Social Sciences in this system from three realistic dimensions, and summarized the policy design and exploration about the role of the central and provincial Federations of Social Sciences in the construction of the system of new types of think tanks at the practical level. [Result/conclusion] The Federation of Social Sciences should fnd its position according to its functions in the construction of the system of new types of think tanks, focus on the construction of tractive, pivotal and platform-based think tanks, and better play the role of seven aspects.
