摘要
目的观察中重度寻常型痤疮采用复方珍珠暗疮片联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗的效果观察。方法将在该院2016年1月—2017年1月以中重度寻常型痤疮为诊断的患者178例,随机数字法分成两组均外用夫西地酸乳膏,对照组89例配合口服四环素片,治疗组89例配合口服复方珍珠暗疮片。将两组治疗前后疗效及痤疮GAGS评分对照。结果治疗组总有效率92.13%,对照组76.40%。治疗后治疗组痤疮GAGS评分(8.64±1.43)分明显优于对照组(13.94±1.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中重度寻常型痤疮采用复方珍珠暗疮片联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗效果理想,有效降低痤疮GAGS评分,有在临床上普及、推广、使用价值。
Objective This pap er tries to observe the effect of compound pearl acne tablet combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris. Methods 178 cases of patients with moderate and severe acne vulgaris in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number method and were treated with fusidic acid cream, 89 cases of the control group adopted tetracycline tablets orally, 89 cases of the treatment group adopted compound pearl acne tablets orally. The curative effect and the acne GAGS score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.13%, and that of the control group was 76.40%. After treatment, acne GAGS score of the treat-ment group was （8.64±1.43）points,significantly better than the control group of （13.94±1.91）points,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris with compound pearl acne tablet combined with fusidic acid cream is effective, which can effectively reduce the acne GAGS score. It is wor-thy of clinical popularization, promotion and application.
