摘要
目的分析优质护理在急性心肌梗死患者急诊护理中的应用效果。方法将2015年2月—2017年5月的80例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象并根据随机数字表法分组,每组40例。常规组急诊护理中采用常规护理方法,优质组急诊护理中采用优质护理。对比效果。结果优质组急性心肌梗死抢救成功率高于常规组,分诊时间、心电监护时间、采血检验时间、药物输注时间、抢救总时间短于常规组,再PCI治疗率、AMI院内复发率低于常规组,P<0.05。结论优质护理在急性心肌梗死患者急诊护理中的应用效果确切。
Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing in emergency nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction from February 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled in this study. 40 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Routine group was given conventional care methods in emergency care, quality group was given quality care in emergency care. The effect was compared between two groups. Results The success rate of acute myocardial infarction in quality group was higher than that of routine group, the time of diagnosis, the time of ECG monitoring, the time of blood collection, the time of drug infusion, the total time of rescue were shorter than that of conventional group, PCI treatment rate, AMI hospital recurrence rate were lower than the conventional group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion The application of quality nursing in emergency nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction is effective.
