摘要
目的探讨电子艾灸治疗髋部骨折术后患者便秘的护理体会。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月在我院诊治的髋部骨折术后便秘患者50例作为研究对象,将全部患者随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组各25例,对照组给予常规治疗与护理,观察组在对照组干预的基础上给予电子艾灸治疗,均治疗观察1周,治疗期间给予积极地护理干预。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的84%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的肝肾功能、血、尿、便常规检查均无异常,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电子艾灸与护理治疗髋部骨折术后患者便秘具有很好的疗效,安全性也比较好。
Objective To discuss the nursing experience of electronic moxibustion in the treatment of constipation after hip fracture. Methods 50 cases of constipation after hip fracture in our hospital were selected as the subjects from February 2016 to February 2017, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group, The control group was given conventional treatment and care, the observation group was given the electronic moxibustion treatment on the basis of intervention in the control group. All the patients were treated for 1 week, and the patients were given positive nursing intervention during the treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 100%, which was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （84%）, the difference was statistically signifcant （ P 〈 0.05）. There were no signifcant differences in liver and kidney function, blood and urine between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Electronic moxibustion and nursing treatment of constipation after hip fracture have a good effect, safety is good.
