摘要
医院办公室作为我国医院管理部门中的重要组成部分,在医院的发展和运行中扮演了十分重要的角色。现阶段,随着我国新医改政策的不断深入,医院的医学模式也发生了相应的变化,所以医院要想有效的开展办公室管理工作,就必须要不断地创新自身的管理机制,跟随时代的发展潮流,将理论和实践充分的结合,提高我国医院办公室的管理质量。随着当前我国新医改政策的不断深入,对我国医院办公室的管理方面提出了更高的要求,医院办公室作为我国医院管理阶层的重要组成部分,在这个改革的潮流中义不容缓。文章在分析我国医院办公室管理新医改背景下存在的各种问题的基础上,针对这些问题提出了相应的创新策略。
As an important part of hospital management department, hospital offce plays a very important role in the development and operation of hospital. At present, with the deepening of China＇s new medical reform policy, our country hospital medical mode also changed, so the hospital to carry out effective offce management work must continue to innovate their management mechanism, follow the development trend of the times, the combination of theory and practice fully, improve management the quality of our hospital offce. With the deepening of China＇s new medical reform policy, higher requirements have been put forward on the management of hospital and office in china. As an important component of hospital management in our country, hospital office can not be delayed in the trend of reform. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the new medical reform under the management of hospital offices in China, this paper puts forward some innovative strategies to solve these problems.
