摘要
在当今电子期刊迅猛发展和图书经费日趋紧张的背景下,如何建设馆藏纸质期刊资源成为了图书馆界研究的热点问题之一。本文首先采用问卷调查法,揭示现有馆藏期刊资源建设中存在的问题,提出期刊资源发展应在"叫好"(学术价值)与"叫座"(高使用率)间达到一种动态平衡;然后从引文分析的视角出发,调查研究广西中医药大学教师近3年发表的论文引文情况,以此为据对"叫好"期刊科学取舍,同时设计了一套将读者荐购嵌入到期刊采购工作中的具体实施流程,满足"叫座"期刊需求;最后得出应遵循重点保障和成本效益的原则,以读者需求为导向,科学构建期刊资源体系。
Under the pressure of the rapid development of the electronic periodicals and the tight budget of library funds, how to construct library paper periodical resources has become one of the hot issues in the research for the library field. This paper first reveals the existing problems in the construction of library periodical resources by means of questionnaire, and puts forward the proposal that the periodical construction should achieve a dynamic balance between ＂good＂ （ of high academic value） and ＂popular＂ （ of high usage rate） resources. Then, from the perspective of citation analysis, this paper researches on the citations of the theses published by teachers of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine in resent three years, and makes a scientific choice of the ＂good＂ periodicals based on the research result. In the meantime, this paper designs a specific implementation process of periodical purchase in consideration of readers＇ recommendations in order to meet the need of ＂popular＂ periodicals. Finally, this pa- per points out that the scientific construction of periodical resources should follow the principle of key priority and cost - effectiveness, and being reader - oriented.
