某焦煤煤泥预先抛尾再选工艺实验

摘要 以山西某灰分为43.47%的焦煤煤泥为研究对象,进行旋流器预先抛尾再选的工艺试验。结果表明:采用预先抛尾再选工艺,有效降低了浮选入料中-0.045 mm粒级的含量,提高了精煤的产率,φ75 mm旋流器具有较好的预先抛尾效果。旋流器预先抛尾再选工艺对稳定浮选系统和提高产品指标具有很好的效果。 A ash content is 43.47% of coking coal in shanxi coal slime as the research object, to cyclone left tail reelection of technological test in advance. The results show that the left tail reelection process in advance, effectively reduce the flotation into the -0.045 mm fraction of content in the material, improve the cleaned coal yield, φ75 mm hydrocyclone equipment has better left tail effect in advance. Cyclone left tail reelection in advance process of stable flotation system and improve the product has a good effect.
