摘要
本文从当前女大学就业的现状出发，系统分析了当前女大学生就业难的主要原因，并提出了一些解决对策，对于促进女大学生就业具有一定的指导作用。
This paper, based on the current situation of female university students employment, carries out a systematic analysis of the main reasons for the difficult employment, and puts forward some countermeasures, which will serve as a guiding role for promoting the employment of the female university students.
