摘要
当前,大数据不但是国家社会治理的战略资源,也是高校开展思想政治工作的重要抓手,更对高校思想政治工作队伍的大数据素养提出了全新的挑战和要求。在高校思想政治工作队伍大数据素养的培育中,技术框架是基础,算法能力是关键,思维方式是本质。面对高校思想政治工作队伍大数据素养培育过程中观念性、路径性和机制性瓶颈,必须树立分层建设与分类推动的指导思想,并通过组建大数据核心技术团队和开展系统的培训学习来实现高校思想政治工作队伍大数据素养的有效提升。
Nowadays,big data is not only strategic resources for national and social governance,but also a key toolkit for launching ideological and political work in higher educational institutions.It raises new challenges to and requirements for the staff of ideological and political work in higher educational institutions in terms of big data capabilities.Among these capabilities,technical framework is the basis,algorithm is the key,and the way of thinking is the essence.Confronted with the bottlenecks of perception,pathway and mechanism for developing these capabilities,we shall set up the guideline of classification and stratification,and effectively develop big data capabilities for the staff of ideological and political work in higher educational institutions by means of establishing core technical teams of big data and launching training and lectures.
