摘要
学科竞赛是学生利用所学专业知识创造性地解决某一领域实际问题的竞赛活动,它是一种培养大学生创新能力的重要载体。解释了学科竞赛的基本含义、分类及其主要特点,分析了石油工业发展对人才的要求和现有的人才培养模式;分析了学科竞赛在人才培养中的作用,提出依托"基础—创新—综合"多元化学科竞赛培养石油工程创新型复合人才的新模式,论述了"基础—创新—综合"三个层次学科竞赛下的创新型复合人才培养模式,并探讨了多元化学科竞赛在培养石油工程创新人才方面的功效,对深化人才培养模式具有一定的指导作用。
Discipline competition is a kind of competition activities that students creatively solve some practical problems by using the professional knowledge,and it＇s an important carrier of the innovative ability training for college students.The basic meaning,classification and main characteristics of competition were explained,the talent requirements with development of petroleum industry and its current training modes were analyzed.The role of competition in talent training was analyzed,and a new training mode of innovative and multi-skilled talents for petroleum engineering was proposed by using the ＂fundamental-innovative-comprehensive＂ diversified competition.The training modes of innovative and multi-skilled talents were discussed in three levels of ＂fundamental-innovative-comprehensive＂ competitions,and the efficacies of diversified competitions in the innovative and multi-skilled talents training for petroleum engineering were also discussed,and the present study plays an instructive role to deepen the training modes of innovative and multi-skilled talents.
