摘要
电动车轮技术是下一代纯电动汽车分布式动力系统的关键技术和热点研究领域。分析了电动车轮的几种典型结构及特点,指出集成化轮毂直接驱动是电动车轮技术的发展方向。针对现有轮毂驱动方案的不足,提出了一种基于单边盘式永磁电机轮毂驱动的集成化电动车轮新结构。开展了轮毂电机的3D电磁场有限元仿真研究,分析了新型车轮的机械特性。所提出的电动车轮具有功能集成度高、转矩大、重量轻等突出优点,为该进一步深化研究奠定了基础。
Electric wheel is a key technology of distributed power system for the next generation of electric vehicle. Based on the analysis of several typical structures and features of the electric wheel,we point out that integrated in-wheel direct driving is the development trend of electric wheel technology. In view of the weakness with the existing in-wheel driving scheme,we suggest a novel integrated electric wheel driven by single disc permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM). We then carry out the research of 3D electromagnetic field of the in-wheel disk PMSM with finite element analysis method,and analyze the mechanical features of the novel type of wheel. This type of novel wheel has such strengths as higher degree integration,high torque,and light in weight,which establishes the solid foundation for the further development of the proposed structure.
