摘要
"单位制"的解体和社区建设的兴起,使得社区成为了基层治理的重要场域。伴随着社会工作的兴起,社会工作也参与到社区中来,成为了社区中重要的服务力量。文章基于两个社会工作项目,通过对重庆市X和Y社区中社会工作项目的实地研究和比较研究,从总体上考察社区中社会工作项目的实现路径。文章认为,社会工作项目的主要推动者为政府,其效果受到了权力资源的运作方式的影响;政府应该适当放权,转变管理方式,引入专业社会工作机构参与到项目运作中,促进项目良性发展。
With the disintegration of unit system and emergence of building communities, the communities become the important field of community governance. For the rising of social work, social work becomes one part of communities, which is viewed as importance service part in communities. Based on two social projects, the present study conducts field and comparative research on the practical path of projects of social work in X and Y communities of Chongqing. The results show that the main pro- moter of the project of social work is the government, and the effect of project is influenced by the op- eration way of power resources. Therefore, the government should focus on decentralization, transform the method of management, and bring social work institution into the project to promote the effective development of the project.
