摘要
目的观察和探讨护理干预对鼻咽喉疾病术后并发疼痛患者的临床影响,探讨提高鼻咽喉疾病术后并发疼痛患者临床疗效的护理措施。方法方便选择2015年10月—2016年12月神经性耳聋伴发鼻咽喉疾病术后并发疼痛患者76例,随机均分为对照组与观察组,比较治疗2周后两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者CR20例,PR6例,MR10例,NR2例,疼痛缓解率94.74%;对照组混着CR14例,PR5例,MR8例,NR11例,疼痛缓解率71.05%;组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均躯体功能评分(68.7±2.4)分,物质生活评分(57.6±2.2)分,社会功能评分(58.2±2.3)分,心理功能评分(62.6±2.8)分,不良反应2例;对照组患者平均躯体功能评分(57.3±2.5)分,物质生活评分(48.2±2.8)分,社会功能评分(46.2±2.6)分,心理功能评分(47.2±2.4)分,不良反应10例;组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经性耳聋伴发鼻咽喉患者采用心理护理等干预措施能够显著改善患者的心理状态,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe and study the application effect of nursing intervention in the postoperative complications in the department of otorhinolaryngology. Methods 76 cases of patients with nerve deafness with nose and throat diseases and pains after surgery from October 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups in 2 weeks after treatment. Results In the observation group, there were CR 20 cases, PR 6 cases, MR 10 cases and NR 2 cases and the pains relief rate was 94.74%, in the control group, there were CR 14 cases, PR 5 cases, MR 8 cases and NR 11 cases and the pains relief rate was 71.05%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the average score of somatic function, material life score and social function score and mental function score in the observation group were respectively(68.7±2.4)points,(57.6±2.2)points,(58.2±2.3)points and(62.6±2.8)points, and there were 2 cases with adverse reactions, in the control group, and the average score of somatic function, material life score, social function score and mental function score were respectively(57.3±2.5)points,(48.2 ±2.8)points,(46.2 ±2.6)points,(47.2 ±2.4)points, and there were 10 cases with adverse reactions, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The mental nursing intervention measures in patients with nerve deafness with nose and throat diseases can obviously improve the mental state of patients and improve the clinical treatment effect.
