摘要
目的评估齐齐哈尔市健康成人血尿酸水平,分析血尿酸异常的影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样法选取齐齐哈尔市2016年3—6月期间内进行健康体检的成人500名进行研究,观察所选人群中血尿酸水平情况。收集所选对象一般资料并进行对比,选取血尿酸异常对象与正常对象有差异的项目,采用Logistic回归方程进行计算,分析血尿酸异常的影响因素。结果 500名调查对象中共有260例患者出现血尿酸异常,占52.0%。血尿酸正常与异常患者在性别、年龄、民族、BIM、饮酒史、吸烟史、高血压、糖尿病以及血脂异常上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将上述有差异项带入Logistic回归方程计算发现上述异常项均是成人发生血尿酸异常的影响因素。结论齐齐哈尔市成人血尿酸水平异常情况发生率偏高,造成血尿酸异常的因素较多,应针对性实施干预措施,减少血尿酸异常的发生,提高齐齐哈尔市成人的健康水平。
Objective To evaluate the blood uric acid level of healthy adults in Qiqihar and analyze the influence factors of blood uric acid abnormalities. Methods 500 cases of healthy adults in our hospital from March to June 2016 were selected and the blood uric acid level of all patients selected was observed and the general data of the patients were compared and the differentiated items of abnormal objects and normal objects were selected and calculated by the Logistic regression equation, and the influence factors of abnormal blood uric acid was analyzed. Results There were 260 cases with abnormal blood uric acid in the 500 cases of objects surveyed, accounting for 52.0%, and the differences in the gender, age, nation,BIM, alcohol history, smoking history, hypertension, diabetes and abnormal blood liquid(P<0.05), and the Logistic regression equation showed that the above indexes were the influence factors of blood uric acid in adults. Conclusion The incidence rate of blood uric acid abnormal level in adults in Qiqihar is higher, and the causes are most, and we should implement the targeted implementation measures in order to reduce the occurrence of blood uric acid and improving the healthy level of adults in Qiqihar.
