摘要
目的:观察止疼泵联合高压氧治疗对人工膝关节置换术术后康复的影响。方法:选取我院门诊200例人工膝关节置换术患者,对照组给予止疼泵持续静脉给药,试验组在对照组基础上给予高压氧治疗。观察两组疼痛程度、镇静程度、关节活动度(ROM)及不良反应发生率情况。结果:试验组术后36h、48h、3d、5d Ramsay评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组组内每两个时刻比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组36h、48h ROM评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止疼泵联合高压氧可有效缓解人工膝关节置换术后患者疼痛,改善关节活动度。
Objective: To observe influence of pain-relieving pump combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty. Methods: 200 cases of patients treated with total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group. The control group were given pain-relieving pump continuous intravenous administration,and the experimental group were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. Pain degree,sedation level,joint mobility( ROM),and incidence of adverse events were observed in the two groups. Results: With statistically significant differences at every two moments after operation( P 0. 05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant at each two times( P 0. 05); the scores of 36 h and 48 h ROM in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Pain-relieving pump combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly relieve pain after total knee arthroplasty,and improve joint mobility.
