摘要
换挡控制策略是双离合自动变速器(DCT)技术的重点及难点。本文建立了DCT换挡的动力学模型,分析了DCT换挡性能评价指标,并提出了一种改善双离合自动变速器换挡品质的控制策略。换挡过程中采取合适的扭矩与压力控制策略,并且发动机参与控制。针对四种典型换挡工况对该换挡控制策略进行了实车测试。测试结果表明,换挡过程中车辆速度与发动机转速变化平稳,换挡时间较短,本文提出的换挡控制策略能够改善换挡品质,具有重要的参考价值。
Shift control strategy is a key and difficult aspect of DCT technology. In this paper, the shift dynamic model is established,the evaluation index of shift performance is analyzed and a control strategy to improve shift quality of dual clutch transmission is proposed.With the help of engine control, proper torque and pressure control strategy have been taken while shifting. To demonstrate the proposed control strategy real vehicle tests were carried out in four typical shift condition. In the test, both vehicle speed and engine speed behaved smoothly, the shift time was short enough. It turned out that the shift control strategy proposed in this paper can improve shift quality, and that provided an important referential value.
