摘要
白云铁矿采场公路是由碎石级配路料修筑,在运矿车和洒水车作业过程中产生大量的扬尘和废气,不仅对人身和环境造成极大的损害,同时洒水车重载下坡也存在安全隐患。文章通过对铁矿固定公路运行情况进行研究分析,建造一套电控采场喷淋系统,完成采场固定公路洒水抑尘工作,实现矿山采场公路安全生产和环保。
The stope highway of Baiyunebo Iron Mine is constructed with gravel grading materials, a lot of dust and ex-haust gas are produced during the operation of mine - cars and sprinklers, which not only cause great damage to personal and environment, but also have security risks when the heavily - loaded sprinklers go down the slope. Through research and analysis of the fixed highway running condition in Baiyunebo Iron Mine, a set of electric control spraying system of the stope is built to complete the watering dust suppression of the fixed highway and realize the safety production and environmentalprotection of the highway in the mine stope.
