摘要
某些针织服装企业在生产时往往根据经验安排生产线,生产线编成率不高。IE技术是提高生产率的直接手段,运用现代IE量化数据技术,通过分析针织服装生产企业作业程序、作业内容、标准作业时间及流水线节拍参数,创建数学模型,对企业生产线的编成效率进行计算和评价,合理制定出工站,从而提高针织服装企业生产线的编制科学性。
In som e knitting enterprises,the production line efficiency is often low due to the experience-based arrangement.In this study,the quantization technology of industrial engineering was used to analyze the production procedures,job content,work time and the line beat of the knitted garment production line.By a mathematical model,the efficiency of the production line was calculated and evaluated.Accordingly,the work stages were reasonably built so that the production line of knitted garment enterprises could be scientifically arranged.
