摘要
目的 对参芪扶正注射液结合化疗在老年非小细胞肺癌患者临床治疗中的临床效果观察.方法 在我院2013 年12 月-2015年12 月实施治疗的老年非小细胞肺癌患者中随机选取80 例,依照患者治疗方式分成两组,其中对照组患者单纯实施化疗治疗,观察组患者实施参芪扶正注射液辅助化疗治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生率.结果 和对照组患者相比,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著偏高,差异对比显著P 〈 0.05;观察组患者的并发症发生率也显著低于对照组,差异对比显著P 〈0.05.结论 参芪扶正注射液结合化疗在老年非小细胞肺癌患者临床治疗中的应用,能够显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,降低患者临床并发症,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy inclinical treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with non-small cell lungcancer that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lowerthan that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy can significantlyimprove the clinical treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. It can reduce the clinical complications,which worth of clinical promoting.
