摘要
转向系统抖动是汽车最广泛投诉的问题之一,国内外各个主机厂都在努力解决转向系统抖动问题。其中提升转向系统模态是解决该问题的最有效的途径。文章从仪表板横梁总成及方向管柱安装点为出发点研究某车型转向系统模态提升方案。
Vibration of steering system is one of the most widespread complaints about motor vehicles. Various host plants both at home and abroad are trying to solve the problem of steering system jitter. Among them, lifting the steering system modal is the most effective way to solve the problem. In this paper, the modal lifting scheme of a certain type of steering system is studied from the point of the instrument assembly, the cross car beam and the direction of the pipe column.
