摘要
利用CHARLS 2011年全国基线调查数据,借鉴Andersen的医疗服务利用模型,实证分析我国60岁以上老年人医疗服务利用的影响因素,分别考察城镇和农村老年人在门诊和住院服务利用的不同行为模式。结果表明,在门诊利用上,健康状况和城乡差异是影响就诊概率和门诊支出的显著因素;在住院利用上,个人收入和地区差异显著影响老年人住院概率和支出。因此,医疗卫生政策应致力于提高老年人疾病认知和慢性病防治能力;关注城乡以及地区之间的医疗资源分布;以低收入高龄老人作为政策主要作用对象,对符合政策规定的低收入老年人给予补贴。
Based on the data of CHARLS 2011 Wave1,using Andersen's model of medical service utilization,and after investigating old people's different behavior patterns of medical service utilization in urban and rural areas,this paper does an empirical analysis of influence factors of medical service utilization among people over 60 in China. The research results show that,in clinic use,health status and the differences between urban and rural areas have significant impacts on medical service utilization among elderly residents; in hospital use,personal income and area differences are significant factors influencing hospitalization probability and expenditure. Therefore,health policy should be made to improve the cognition of diseases and the ability of prevention and control of chronic disease,pay attention to the distribution of medical resources in urban and rural areas and give subsidy to low-income elderly people.
